General Policy

Payment Policy ensures customers have consistent access to standard and secure payment methods, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for, and know what to do if something goes wrong.

Definitions

Payments made to the following payers:

Suppliers: individuals or businesses that use the Emoship eCommerce fulfillment service. Suppliers have to pay Emoship the fees for completing orders and delivering them to customers, including fulfillment fees, handling fees, storage fees, shipping fees, and other fees if incurred.

FBA businesses: using Amazon Re-Label service at Emoship. The business will have to pay fees for Emoship to conduct re-labeling processes, including print, re-label, pick, pack and ship to the Amazon warehouse. The costs for this service will be a combination of re-label fees, package prices, and processing fees.

Payment Methods

In order to process payments, you must enter a valid payment method such as PayPal, credit card, or other payment method indicated at the time you create your account and keep your payment method valid at all times. Emoship only allows payment methods that offer strong protection for customers using services at Emoship: PayPal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, Payoneer, PingPong.

By registering as users in Emoship Customer Portal and using services of Emoship, you acknowledge and agree that Emoship may charge the fees to the Payment method you provide immediately upon your request or receipt of applicable services and continue charging applicable fees on a rolling basis until the services are terminated, and any outstanding fees you owe are paid in full. Emoship reserves the right to withhold the provision of services to you until your payment is fully settled in Emoship Customer Portal’s accounts.

Refunds

Emoship does not provide refunds for payment of services. Once Emoship charges the fees of your service provider, it means that services have arisen or Emoship is in the process of conducting service-related tasks. For that reason, Emoship will not process refunds for you.
